Thembinkosi Nkosi - LLB
Thembinkosi was admitted as an attorney in May 2021. Thembinkosi is as an associate at MvC Inc. law firm. Thembinkosi has extensive experience in Family law, labour law, eviction, general litigation, debt collection. Thembinkosi’ s legendary negotiation skills, produces successful result in Court, CCMA as well as in the boardroom. He represents clients, successfully, in the Magistrate Court, CCMA, Labour Court, Rental and housing tribunal, and consumer tribunal and chaired disciplinary hearings. Thembinkosi focus is result driven, his approach to the law and the successful outcome for clients is proven.
His client centric approach ensures efficient communication and expedient results in complex legal litigation matters.
Sibusisiwe Sibiya - B-Art, LLB (University of KwaZulu Natal)
Sibusisiwe has a B-Art majoring in Legal Studies and an LLB. She commenced her articles as a Candidate Attorney with Marie Van Coller Incorporated in March 2024 under Mr. Nkosi’s guidance and rapidly became a dependable, valued, and steadfast member of the firm. She has gained considerable experience of the Civil Litigation process both in the Magistrate’s Court and the High Court and is conscience of the legal requirements and ramifications of the firm’s clients. She has successfully represented clients in court for Family and Labour Law issues.
She is an enthusiastic young lady that accepts any legal challenge thrown her way.
Louise Barkhuizen
Louise is employed as a Conveyancing Manager at Marie van Coller Inc. Louise is very passionate about her work and is also determined to make the best of each and every matter, regardless of the complexity of the situation.
Louise has been with Marie van Coller Inc for nearly 12 years, attending mainly to conveyancing and Estate Late matters. Louise is determined and motivated to complete her studies and to be admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in the near future.
